How long is the power cable?

Troubleshooting

Lights will not turn on

Check that the transformer is securely plugged into the power outlet and verify the connection between the lead and the transformer.

Ensure the control switch is properly toggled to the desired mode; if it remains stuck, double-check that the cable has not been kinked or damaged.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Versatile for both indoor and outdoor use
Choice of steady or twinkle lighting effects
Generous 5-metre power cable for easy positioning
Transparent cable blends discreetly into decorations

Cons

Requires constant power supply via transformer
Fixed size of 22cm may be too small for large outdoor lawns
Not battery-operated, limiting placement in areas without outlets

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up the Festive Lit Acrylic Present is straightforward: simply connect the included transformer to a standard outdoor or indoor electrical outlet. Ensure the transformer remains in a dry or weather-protected area if used outdoors. To clean, gently wipe the acrylic surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that might cloud the acrylic. When storing after the holidays, wrap the 5-metre cord carefully to prevent tangling and store the unit in a cool, dry box to keep it protected from scratches and moisture.
