Product Information

Full details

This is a budget-friendly, non-permanent DIY solution for covering surfaces in your home, such as kitchen doors and flatpack furniture. The self-adhesive vinyl wrap is heat-resistant up to 75C and durable for easy cleaning. It is completely removable, making it ideal for tenants or landlords. You can update furniture with glossy or matt colours, perfect for those seeking a unique look or for craft enthusiasts. Application involves using a DC Fix application kit for smoothing and cutting, overlapping film slightly for shrinkage, adjusting blade settings for craft machines, using the grid on the backing paper for cutting guides, lightly spraying water on glass/appliances before application, removing handles/lettering before covering appliances, and using a hairdryer on curved surfaces to make the vinyl more pliable. Aftercare involves wiping clean with regular household cleaner, avoiding scrubbing, and immediately wiping spillages that may stain. Do not cut or move sharp objects on the vinyl. Keep 12 inches away from naked flames. DC Fix products, made in Germany, have a 5-star rating for adhesion, opacity, lightfastness, shrinkage, and durability. Their water-based, low-tack adhesive allows for repositioning during application, bonding fully within 24 hours, and removal with heat from a hairdryer. This authentic-looking vinyl film can rejuvenate worktops or kitchen doors in minutes, saving you money compared to buying new.
