This Slate Roof Tile Vent Adapter Kit is designed for use with extractor fans and soil pipes. It allows for the replacement of a normal roof slate to provide ventilation for a roof space, connection to mechanical extraction from kitchens and bathrooms, or as a ventilation outlet for a soil vent pipe. The kit includes a flexible PVC pipe and two cable ties, with the pipe suitable for 100mm or 120mm fittings and measuring 500mm in length. It offers a free vent area of 10,000mm² and suits slate sizes of 610mm x 305mm or 510mm x 255mm. The design is inconspicuous with a low hood and can be combined with a pipe adapter kit for connecting 100mm soil vent pipes and/or mechanical extractors. Manufactured from polypropylene, it complies with BS EN ISO 9001:2008, satisfies NHBC Standards 2008 Edition, and complies with all relevant Building Regulations and British Standards.
