Yes, the Moncler Maya 70 features a detachable hood that can be easily removed or reattached depending on your style or weather needs.
The jacket is filled with a blend of 90% down and 10% feathers to ensure optimal warmth.
It is strongly recommended to use professional dry cleaning services specifically experienced with luxury down garments to preserve the fabric and filling.
Yes, the jacket includes an adjustable hemline and adjustable cuffs to help you customize the fit and trap heat effectively.
The jacket is designed for high-performance warmth suitable for most winter environments, though extreme alpine conditions may require additional layering.
This is a common occurrence with down garments; gently pull the feather back into the jacket from the inside if possible or brush it off.
Ensure no fabric is caught in the track and apply a small amount of non-staining wax or graphite to the teeth to improve movement.
To ensure your Moncler Maya 70 lasts for many seasons, follow these guidelines. The jacket arrives ready to wear, though the detachable hood can be adjusted or removed based on your climate needs. For cleaning, avoid home washing machines which can damage the down fill and matte finish; professional dry cleaning is highly recommended. Always store the jacket in a cool, dry place on a sturdy hanger to keep the shape and loft of the down filling intact.
