The Xpelair Simply Silent DX150 is a 150mm extractor fan designed for efficient moisture and odour removal in bathrooms and ensuites. It features two speed settings offering extraction rates of 214m³ or 241m³ per hour, with low noise levels of 39dB(A) or 42dB(A) thanks to Ghost Air Movement Technology. This fan is IPX4 rated, making it suitable for use in bathrooms, shower rooms, or cloakrooms, and can be mounted on walls or ceilings. It includes a built-in backdraft shutter and an integrated overrun timer and humidistat, adjustable from 30 seconds to 30 minutes. This model meets Building Regulation Documents F and L.
