Full details
Engineered for maximum performance on fast, compact terrain, the new Pirelli Scorpion XC RH is a racing-oriented mountain bike tyre built for pure speed. Its low-profile, fast-rolling centre tread reduces rolling resistance to a minimum, while the pronounced side knobs deliver reliable cornering grip and control on technical sections. At the heart of the Scorpion XC RH is the Race XC Compound, a high-performance rubber blend developed from the proven experience of Pirellis Motorsport technicians for the most demanding cycling disciplines. Specially developed for XC racing, this compound ensures ultra-responsive handling, explosive acceleration, and top-level pedalling efficiency. Already the go-to choice for Pirellis World Cup XC and Marathon MTB teams, this tyre is the perfect choice for those seeking every advantage in terms of rolling efficiency: the RH model blends record rolling efficiency with the control needed to master every modern XC discipline. Made in Italy and FSC Certified RACE Compound: Mono-compound for consistent race performance. The fastest compound in the Pirelli MTB lineup. Designed for maximum chemical grip even on wet terrain, it ensures confident, all-conditions riding. LITE Casing: Multi-ply 120tpi Nylon for lower weight, superior speed and a supple ride PRO WALL Casing: Multi-ply 120tpi Nylon with sidewall reinforcement technology for added protection and handling Tubeless Ready: TLR technology designed for easy mounting & bead stability on modern wide rims Available in 29x2.4 and LITE (690g) or PRO WALL versions (725g)
