Troubleshooting
Low water flow or weak waterfall effect
Check that the hot and cold water supply valves are fully open. Ensure there are no kinks in the water supply hoses. Verify that your home's water pressure meets the recommended levels for this fixture. Clean any potential debris from the inlet filters.
Leaking from the spout or handle
The ceramic disc cartridge may require adjustment or replacement. If the issue persists after checking the cartridge, contact customer support or a qualified plumber. Ensure the filler is securely tightened to the bath.
Chrome finish appears dull or tarnished
Clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Dry thoroughly with a separate soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as they can damage the finish.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Installation of the Nuie Chrome Bath Filler should ideally be performed by a qualified plumber to ensure correct connections and optimal performance of the waterfall spout. Ensure that the water supply lines are compatible with the standard fittings provided with the unit. Refer to the installation manual for specific instructions regarding pressure requirements and pipe connections.
Compatibility: This bath filler is designed for standard UK plumbing systems. It is compatible with both high-pressure and low-pressure water systems, though performance may vary. Ensure your water system can provide adequate pressure for the desired waterfall effect.
Care: To maintain the brilliant chrome finish, clean the filler regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can scratch the surface. For stubborn water spots, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by thorough rinsing and drying with a soft cloth.
