The Bike It Portable Motorcycle Wheel and Tyre Warmer Holder Station is an essential tool for track day riders and racers who need a reliable, mobile solution to manage and heat their motorcycle tyres in the paddock. This station provides a secure and organized platform for your wheel sets, ensuring optimal temperature consistency before heading onto the circuit. While it significantly improves paddock workflow, it is important to note that the unit is designed primarily for static tyre warming support and requires sufficient flat ground to maneuver efficiently when fully loaded.

No, the station is a mounting and storage rack designed to support your wheels and hold your existing tyre warmers.
Yes, the unit features four dedicated mounting axles specifically designed to hold four wheels simultaneously.
While the frame itself is robust, the oversized rubber wheels and pull handle are designed to make maneuvering even a fully loaded station very manageable.
Yes, the unit folds completely flat, which makes it very easy to slide into the side of a van or trailer alongside other gear.
The station is engineered to handle standard motorcycle wheel and tyre assemblies; however, avoid placing non-essential heavy items on the frame to prevent potential bending of the axles.
Ensure all mounting axles are correctly seated and verify that the base frame is placed on a completely flat, level surface.
Check for any debris or road grime in the folding hinges and clear it; if the issue persists, ensure the pull handle is in the correct position to allow the frame to collapse.
Inspect the wheel axles for dirt or gravel buildup; clean the axle housing and apply a small amount of silicone lubricant if necessary.
To set up your station, ensure all bolts are tightened on a level surface before first use. The unit is compatible with most standard motorcycle sportbike wheel sizes. When finished with a race weekend, wipe down the metal frame with a clean, dry cloth to remove debris or rubber residue. Inspect the rubber wheels periodically for debris and check the folding mechanism hinges to ensure they remain lubricated and free of rust. Always ensure the unit is stored in a dry environment to maintain the integrity of the finish.
