Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assemble the unit on a flat, level surface away from flammable structures. Ensure that all gas connections are tightened according to the included manual before the first ignition. To maintain the life of your Kentucky Premium, regularly clean the cast iron grates with a grill brush while they are warm, and lightly oil them after cleaning to prevent rust. The stainless-steel body should be wiped down with a soft, damp cloth and, if necessary, a stainless-steel cleaner to protect the blue finish. We recommend covering the BBQ with a weather-proof cover when not in use to protect the burners from debris and ensure the cabinet remains dry.
