Setup, Compatibility & Care
To use the US PRO Tools Auto Adjusting Wire Stripper, Cutter, and Terminal Crimper:
- Stripping Wires:
- Place the wire between the stripping jaws.
- Squeeze the handles to close the jaws and strip the insulation.
- Adjust the stripping length as needed.
- Cutting Wires:
- Position the copper wire in the cutting blade.
- Squeeze the handles to cut the wire.
- Crimping Terminals:
- Select the appropriate crimping slot for the terminal and wire size.
- Insert the wire and terminal into the crimping slot.
- Squeeze the handles firmly to crimp the terminal.
Compatibility:
- Works with wire gauges from 24 - 10 AWG (0.2 - 6.0 mm²).
- Crimping compatible with insulated and non-insulated terminals.
- Wire cutting for copper only.
Care:
- Keep the tool clean and free of debris.
- Wipe the blades and jaws with a clean cloth after use.
- Store in a dry place.
