Troubleshooting

Powder looks cakey after application.

Use a lighter hand when applying the powder. Ensure you have properly moisturized your skin before applying makeup. Try using a fluffy brush for a more diffused application. If the problem persists, lightly mist your face with a setting spray after applying the powder.

Powder doesn't seem to control shine.

Ensure you are using a sufficient amount of powder, especially on the t-zone. Reapply throughout the day as needed. For particularly oily skin, consider using an oil-control primer before applying foundation.

Product is causing breakouts or irritation.

Discontinue use immediately. Check the ingredient list for any potential allergens. If irritation continues, consult a dermatologist.

Color changes during the day.
