Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your brush, always rinse the bristles thoroughly with cool, clean water after each use. When working with acrylic paints, ensure the paint does not dry in the ferrule, as this can cause the bristles to splay and permanently lose their shape. For storage, keep the brush lying flat or suspended with the bristles facing downward to prevent moisture from damaging the wooden handle or loosening the ferrule. While the brush is highly compatible with acrylics, watercolors, and mixed media, avoid using it with harsh solvent-based cleaners that may break down the synthetic bonding agent.
