Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Libraton Copper Pipe Cutter is ready to use out of the box. Ensure the cutting wheel is clean and free of debris before each use. To use, place the pipe within the cutter's rollers, adjust the knob to apply firm pressure, and rotate the cutter around the pipe, gradually tightening the knob with each rotation until the cut is complete.
Compatibility: This pipe cutter is compatible with pipes made of aluminum, copper, and thin stainless steel tubes with outer diameters ranging from 4mm to 32mm (1/6" to 1-1/4").
Care: After use, clean the blade and rollers with a dry cloth to remove any metal shavings or residue. Store the cutter in a dry place to prevent corrosion. Periodically check the blade for sharpness and replace if necessary. The deburring tool should also be kept clean.
