Can I order these with a different name?
No, these balls are pre-personalised with the name 'Belle' and custom names are not available.
Are these balls safe for heavy chewers?
While durable for fetch and active play, they are not intended to be left with a dog as a chew toy. Always supervise your pet during play.
What material are the balls made of?
They are made from a durable, high-bounce synthetic rubber compound designed for pet play.
How many balls come in a pack?
Each purchase includes a set of two bouncy balls.
Are the colours fade-resistant?
The colours are designed to be vibrant for outdoor use, but prolonged exposure to direct, intense sunlight may lead to minor fading over time.
Troubleshooting
Ball becomes dirty after outdoor play
Wash the ball with warm water and mild pet-safe detergent; allow it to air dry completely.
Dog has damaged the surface of the ball
If the ball is punctured or shows large tears, discard the toy immediately to prevent a choking hazard.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
This product is ready for use immediately upon opening the packaging. No assembly or setup is required. To ensure the longevity of your dog balls, consider the following care tips:
- Cleaning: Wipe the balls with a damp cloth and mild, pet-safe soap after muddy outdoor sessions to maintain hygiene.
- Inspection: Regularly check the surface for signs of heavy wear or punctures to ensure your dog does not ingest loose rubber pieces.
- Storage: When not in use, keep the balls in a cool, dry place to prevent premature material degradation from extreme sunlight or heat.
