Troubleshooting
Electric recliner not working
Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into the sofa and the wall outlet. Check that the wall outlet is functional by testing it with another device. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
USB port not charging device
Verify that the sofa is plugged into a functioning power outlet. Try a different USB cable and ensure your device is compatible with the charging port's output. If problems continue, the port may require servicing.
Backs of the sofa are not securely attached
Ensure the back panels are aligned correctly and pushed firmly until they audibly click into place. If they feel loose, remove and re-attach them, ensuring a secure connection.
Stains on fabric
For fresh spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Use a damp cloth with a small amount of mild soap or upholstery cleaner for stains, working from the outside of the stain inwards. Always test cleaning solutions in an inconspicuous area first.
