Yes, this is a complete height-adjustable desk unit including the frame and the desktop.
Adjust the desk to your desired height, press the 'S' button, and then select the number (1-4) you wish to assign it to.
The modesty panel is designed for structural privacy, but it can be removed if not required for your specific office layout.
The integrated anti-trap safety stop will trigger and the desk will stop immediately to prevent damage.
Yes, with a 120kg weight capacity, it can easily support heavy-duty monitor arms and multiple screens.
The dual motors are designed for quiet operation, producing minimal noise suitable for a shared office environment.
Check all power connections to the wall outlet and ensure the motor cable is securely connected to the control box.
Perform a manual reset by holding the down button until the desk reaches its lowest position and beeps, then release and press again.
Consult the specific error code list in your user manual, but often a power cycle (unplugging for 30 seconds) clears minor electronic faults.
To set up your Air Height Adjustable Desk, ensure the frame is assembled on a flat, stable floor. Because of the motorized components, it is recommended to have two people assist with flipping the desk upright after the frame is attached to the desktop. The desk is compatible with most standard office chairs and under-desk accessories. For care, wipe down the desktop with a soft, dry cloth to prevent dust accumulation. Periodically check the bolts and frame fasteners to ensure they remain tight after the initial "settling" period of use. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners on the desk surface or the electronic control panel to prevent finish degradation.
