Troubleshooting
Missing puzzle pieces
Double-check the box and surrounding area thoroughly. If pieces are genuinely missing, contact Ravensburger customer service, as they sometimes offer assistance for missing pieces.
Pieces not fitting together well
Ensure you are using pieces from the correct section of the puzzle and that they are oriented correctly. The perfect fit technology should minimize this issue, but occasional errors in piece shape can occur.
Glare from lighting making it difficult to see piece details
Try repositioning your puzzle or light source. The natural linen embossing on Ravensburger puzzles is designed to reduce glare, but adjusting lighting can further improve visibility.
