Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first use, wash the pan with warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. While the pan is compatible with all stovetops, avoid using metal spatulas or knives directly on the surface, as this can degrade the ceramic coating; silicone or wood tools are ideal. To maintain the non-stick properties, it is best to avoid thermal shock—never place a hot pan directly under cold water. Although many modern pans are dishwasher safe, hand washing with a soft sponge is highly recommended to protect the coating and ensure the pan stays in peak condition for years.
