Troubleshooting

Ramp feels unstable during use.

Ensure the ramp is positioned on a level surface at both ends and that the connection to the vehicle or trailer is secure. Double-check that the loading height is within the 750-900mm range.

Difficulty folding or unfolding the ramp.

Check for any obstructions or debris caught in the folding mechanism. Ensure you are applying even pressure. If resistance persists, inspect for damage.

Motorcycle tire slipping on the ramp surface.

Ensure the ramp surface is clean and dry. If conditions are wet, exercise extreme caution or consider using additional traction aids. Ensure the motorcycle is being ridden slowly and steadily up the ramp.

Ramp is not reaching the desired loading height.

Verify that your vehicle or trailer bed height falls within the ramp's optimal range of 750mm to 900mm. If it's outside this range, this ramp may not be the most suitable option.
