The PE rattan material is weather-resistant, but the cushions should be brought indoors or covered during heavy rain.
Yes, they are sturdy enough to be used as side tables, though using a tray on top is recommended for stability.
The chairs are engineered to support standard adult weights; please avoid exceeding the suggested load capacity to ensure long-term stability.
Yes, the necessary hardware and instructions are included in the packaging for assembly.
Most models feature zippered covers, but please check the specific tag instructions on your set for cleaning protocols.
Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners; standard soap and water are sufficient for maintaining the appearance of the rattan.
Adjust the leveling feet if equipped, or place the chair on a flatter surface; ensure all bolts were tightened equally during assembly.
Ensure that the provided ties or fasteners are properly secured to the chair frame.
Use a mild soap solution and a soft brush to gently scrub the affected area, then rinse with a damp cloth.
Assembly is required upon arrival. Ensure you have a clear, flat surface to lay out all components before beginning the process, using the included hardware. For long-term care, wipe the PE rattan regularly with a damp cloth to remove dust or debris. During periods of heavy rain or winter months, it is recommended to cover the furniture or move the set into a garage or shed to extend the lifespan of the material. Keep the cushions in a dry, shaded area when not in use to prevent fabric fading and moisture accumulation.
