The Utopia Bedding Valance Sheet is designed for homeowners seeking a polished, hotel-style aesthetic for their bedroom without the hassle of frequent adjustments. It provides full coverage for your bed base, hiding under-bed storage and box springs with its elegant quadruple pleat design. While the brushed polyester-microfiber fabric is soft and durable, users should note that the 40 cm drop is a fixed measurement, so it is essential to measure your bed frame height before purchase to ensure a perfect fit.

It fits standard bed dimensions of 150 x 200 cm. Please ensure your frame is compatible with a 40 cm drop before purchasing.
While it can be placed under the mattress, it may restrict movement if the bed is frequently adjusted. It is best suited for standard bed bases.
You can wash it as needed, typically every few months or when you change your bedding, to keep it dust-free.
The material is specifically fade-resistant, though washing in cold water is recommended to keep colors vibrant for longer.
Yes, it is OEKO-TEX certified, meaning it has been tested for harmful substances and meets high safety and environmental standards.
Lift the mattress and adjust the center platform of the valance to ensure it is perfectly square with the bed frame.
Tumble dry on a low-heat setting for 5-10 minutes or use a cool iron to gently smooth out any lingering wrinkles.
To install your valance sheet, strip the bed down to the box spring or bed base. Lay the valance flat across the base, ensuring the corners line up with the four corners of your frame. Adjust the skirt so the 40 cm drop hangs evenly on all visible sides, then replace your mattress on top to hold the sheet firmly in place.
For ongoing care, wash the sheet in cold water on a gentle cycle. Use low heat when tumble drying to preserve the integrity of the fibers. Avoid using harsh bleach, as it may affect the color consistency of the fabric over time.
