Is this mat safe for children?

Yes, the mat is free from BPA, Latex, and phthalates, making it a safe choice for household use.

Troubleshooting

Mat slips or moves during use

Ensure the bathtub surface is clean and smooth. Texture on the tub prevents suction; if the surface is smooth, clean the underside of the mat to remove soap buildup.

Strong odor upon unboxing

Soak the mat in a basin of water for a few hours and allow it to air out in a well-ventilated space before first use.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Large 88x40 cm size offers full tub coverage
  • 260 suction cups provide reliable stability
  • Eco-friendly and free from harmful chemicals like BPA and phthalates
  • Easy to clean with machine-washable material
  • Resistant to mold growth

Cons

  • Only adheres to smooth surfaces; will not work on textured tiles or tubs
  • May require initial ventilation to remove packaging odors
  • Requires manual cleaning of the tub surface before every application

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup

  1. Ensure the bathtub floor is thoroughly cleaned and clear of debris.
  2. Wet the surface of the tub slightly.
  3. Position the mat and apply firm downward pressure to engage the 260 suction cups.

Compatibility

This mat is designed exclusively for smooth, non-textured surfaces. Using this mat on a textured bathtub or tile floor will prevent the suction cups from creating a vacuum, significantly reducing its safety features.

Care Instructions

To keep the mat in top condition, machine-wash it periodically using cold water and a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. After washing, hang the mat in a well-ventilated area to drip-dry completely before re-installing it in the tub.
