What material is the bag made from?
The outer material is 100% Polyester (500D treated), the lining is 100% Polyester, and the filling is 100% Polyethylene.
Can I store fishing reels in this bag?
No, this bag is designed for small tackle essentials and is too small to accommodate fishing reels.
How many internal dividers does it have?
It comes with two adjustable internal dividers.
Is the PVC lid durable?
The PVC lid is designed for visibility and storage, but like most clear plastics, it can be susceptible to scratches over time with heavy use.
How should I clean the bag?
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. Allow it to air dry completely before storing.

Troubleshooting
Zips are stiff or difficult to close.
Ensure no fabric is caught in the zip teeth. Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant or wax to the zip for smoother operation.
Bag is not fully water-resistant.
Check for any tears or damage to the fabric or seams. Ensure the zips are fully closed. For prolonged exposure to heavy rain, consider using an additional waterproof inner bag.
Internal dividers are not staying in place.
Ensure the dividers are correctly slotted into the designated grooves. Overfilling the bag might cause them to shift.
