Troubleshooting
Arch keeps slipping or sliding down
Ensure the plastic clips are attached to a stable part of the stroller frame and that they are fully tightened in the locked position.
Toys are hanging too high for the baby to reach
Gently bend the flexible arch downward or adjust the angle of the clips to bring the toys into the baby's optimal field of reach.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up the arch, simply open the two large adjustable plastic clips and attach them to the frame of your stroller, car seat, or bouncer. Ensure the clips are locked securely to prevent slipping. Because the arch is flexible, you can adjust its arc to bring the toys closer to or further away from your baby's hands. To keep the product in good condition, spot clean the fabric surfaces with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid submerging the toy parts in water to protect the internal chime and rattle mechanisms, and check the plastic clips periodically to ensure they remain free from debris that could affect their grip.
