FAQs
How do I change the spray pattern?
You can typically change the spray pattern by rotating the front collar of the nozzle or by using a lever/selector switch on the body of the spray gun. Refer to the specific markings on your nozzle for guidance.
Is this nozzle suitable for high-pressure washers?
No, this spray gun is designed for use with standard garden hoses and typical household water pressure. It is not compatible with high-pressure washer systems.
Can I use this nozzle with hot water?
The Dekton 7 Function Spray Gun Kit is designed for cold or ambient temperature water use only. Using hot water may damage the internal components and void the warranty.
How do I clean the nozzle if it gets clogged?
If a specific spray hole becomes clogged, you can try gently clearing it with a small brush or a toothpick. For general cleaning, detach the nozzle from the hose and rinse it with water. Ensure it is dry before reattaching.
What is the warranty period for this product?
Please refer to the product packaging or the manufacturer's official documentation for specific warranty information, as warranty periods can vary.
Will this fit any garden hose?
Yes, this nozzle is designed to fit standard garden hoses with common hose thread fittings. It should connect easily to most residential garden hoses.
Troubleshooting
No water coming out
Ensure the water source is turned on and the hose is fully connected. Check that the spray nozzle is not set to the 'off' position (if applicable) and that the trigger is being squeezed.
Water leaking from the connection
Disconnect the nozzle and check the hose threads and nozzle connection for any damage or debris. Reconnect and tighten firmly. If the leak persists, the hose washer may need replacement.
Weak spray or low pressure
Verify that the main water supply is fully open. Check the hose for kinks or blockages. Ensure the spray pattern selector is not restricting flow inappropriately.
Spray pattern not changing correctly
Rotate the nozzle head or selector firmly to the desired setting. If the mechanism feels stiff, a small amount of silicone lubricant might help, or check for any obstructions in the selector mechanism.
