The Laser Extendable Ratchet Handle 1" D is designed for professionals requiring significant leverage and torque, particularly for heavy-duty automotive or industrial applications. Its key benefit is the extended reach and the ability to function as a breaker bar for stubborn fasteners. A potential caveat is its size and weight, which may be less suitable for confined spaces. This tool features a durable chrome vanadium construction, a 43-tooth ratchet mechanism for fine adjustments, and an extendable shaft from 610mm to 1000mm, capable of handling up to 2,515Nm of force.

The Laser Extendable Ratchet Handle has a maximum load capacity of 2,515Nm.
This specific model requires 1" drive sockets. A 3/4" drive version is also available.
To use it as a breaker bar for maximum torque, push the ratchet lock button. To return to ratchet mode, disengage the lock button.
The extendable range is from 610mm (approximately 24 inches) to 1000mm (approximately 39.4 inches).
It is manufactured from chrome vanadium steel with a chrome-plated finish.
While the ratchet mechanism allows for finer swing arcs, the overall length of the handle, especially when extended, may make it less suitable for extremely tight areas.
Ensure the direction switch is firmly set. Clean the ratchet mechanism thoroughly to remove any debris that may be obstructing the pawls. If the issue persists, the internal mechanism may require servicing or replacement.
Apply a penetrating lubricant to the extension joint and allow it to sit for a few minutes. Gently work the extension in and out. Clean any visible dirt or corrosion from the sliding parts. Ensure the locking mechanism for the extension is disengaged before attempting to adjust.
Clean around the lock button and its housing. Apply a small amount of light grease or oil. Ensure no external debris is preventing its movement. Check that the tool is not under extreme tension when trying to operate the lock.
Setup: This ratchet handle requires no setup beyond attaching the appropriate 1" drive socket. Ensure the socket is securely fitted onto the drive. To use the breaker bar function, push the ratchet lock button firmly.
Compatibility: This tool is designed for use with 1" drive sockets. A 3/4" drive version is also available from Laser Tools for different applications.
Care: Clean the tool regularly with a dry cloth to remove grease and dirt. For storage, apply a light coat of oil to prevent rust, especially in humid environments. Avoid exposing the ratchet mechanism to excessive dirt or grit. Periodically check the ratchet lock mechanism for smooth operation.
