Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first use, wash the pan in warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. For daily cooking, always use a small amount of oil or butter, as this is a traditional stainless steel surface. Avoid overheating the pan, as this can lead to discoloration or food sticking. To clean, soak in warm water to loosen any burnt-on debris; use a non-abrasive scouring pad or a dedicated stainless steel cleaner to maintain the polish. The pan is compatible with all hobs, including induction, gas, electric, and ceramic. Avoid using harsh metal utensils that may scratch the interior, and allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in cold water to prevent thermal shock.
