Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Sowing: Sow seeds directly into moist, well-drained soil in a sunny position. For a continuous supply, sow small batches every 2-3 weeks. Aim for moist, slightly acidic to neutral soil.
Container Growing: This variety is excellent for pots, planters, or raised beds. Ensure containers have adequate drainage holes.
Watering: Requires regular watering, especially during dry periods, to maintain soil moisture.
Pest Protection: Basic pest protection measures may be necessary to protect young plants and developing heads.
Harvesting: Harvest the main head by pinching off. Continue to harvest smaller side shoots as they develop. Thinnings can be used as baby-leaf salads.
