FAQs

How often should I test my pool water?

Test your pool water at least twice a week, and more frequently during periods of heavy use or hot weather.

Can I use these tablets in a saltwater pool?

No, these tablets are designed for use in chlorinated pools, not saltwater pools. Saltwater pools use a different sanitization method.

How do I store the chlorine tablets?

Store the tablets in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of reach of children and pets. Keep the container sealed when not in use.

What should I do if I get chlorine tablets on my skin?

Rinse the affected area thoroughly with water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

How do I know how many tablets to use?

Refer to the product label and the instructions for your floating dispenser. Dosage depends on the size of your pool and the dispenser's capacity.

Can I mix these tablets with other chemicals?

No, never mix these tablets with other chemicals. This can cause dangerous chemical reactions. Always add the product to water, never water to the product.

Troubleshooting

Cloudy water despite using tablets.

Check and adjust the pH levels of your pool water. Ensure proper filtration and circulation. Consider shocking the pool if needed.

Algae growth appears.

Increase the number of tablets in the dispenser (if appropriate for your pool size) and check the water's chlorine levels. Consider using an algaecide.

Dispenser is not dispensing chlorine effectively.

Ensure the dispenser is not clogged. Check that the dispenser is designed for the size and type of tablets. Make sure the tablets are not damp.
