Product Information
Full details
The Goal Post Rectangular Desk is an ideal choice for home office professionals or students seeking a minimalist, compact workstation that balances modern aesthetics with structural stability. Its primary benefit lies in its space-efficient footprint and clean architectural lines, making it perfect for smaller rooms where aesthetics matter as much as utility; however, users should note that the 600mm depth may feel restrictive if you utilize multiple large monitors or expansive drafting equipment.

FAQs
Can I fit two monitors on this desk?

What is the height of the desk?
The desk has a fixed height of 730mm.
Does the desk come with drawers?
No, this model is a minimalist desk and does not include built-in storage or drawers.
Is the white finish prone to yellowing?
The finish is designed for durability in home office environments; however, keep it out of direct, prolonged sunlight to maintain the original brightness.
Is this desk suitable for a standing setup?
No, this is a fixed-height desk and does not support sit-stand functionality.
Troubleshooting
Desk feels wobbly after assembly
Ensure all bolts are tightened evenly. If it remains uneven, check that your floor is level and adjust the levelling feet if applicable.
Surface marks or scuffs
Use a magic eraser or a very mild soapy solution to gently buff out minor scuffs on the white finish.
Legs do not seem to align with mounting points
Double-check that the modesty panel is correctly oriented; if the modesty panel is flipped, the legs may not sit flush with the desktop.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Space-saving dimensions for compact offices
- Modern, minimalist design language
- Sturdy construction from professional-grade lines
- Easy to clean, durable surface finish
Cons
- Shallow 600mm depth limits large multi-monitor setups
- Fixed height design without adjustability
- Limited storage options due to the minimalist frame
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly is straightforward, though it is recommended to have a second person assist when attaching the heavy-duty legs to the desktop surface to ensure all bolts are aligned. The desk is compatible with most standard ergonomic office chairs, though you should check that your chair armrests fit under the 730mm height before purchasing. For care, use a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with water or a mild non-abrasive household cleaner to maintain the white finish. Avoid using harsh chemical solvents or scouring pads, as these can scratch or dull the surface over time.
