To prepare the set for use, ensure all bottles are rinsed thoroughly with warm water and mild detergent before the first use. To maintain the hygiene standards, bottles should be emptied and scrubbed after every practice session. Avoid using abrasive cleaning pads on the nozzles, as this can create crevices where bacteria might grow. When storing, ensure the bottles are completely air-dried before placing them back into the carrier to prevent mildew buildup. The set is compatible with standard water filling stations commonly found in sports facilities.
