Troubleshooting

Shade does not fit lamp base

Verify that your lamp base has the correct fitting type and size for a drum shade. Check the shade's dimensions (165mm height, 250mm diameter) against your base.

Light appears too dim

Ensure the light bulb used is within the 60W maximum limit. Consider using a higher lumen bulb if a brighter light is desired, while staying within the wattage limit.

Shade is crooked or uneven

Gently adjust the shade on the lamp holder to ensure it is seated evenly. Check that the lamp base itself is on a level surface.
