The Bemis Kensey Ultra Fix is a professional-grade, ring-only toilet seat designed for facility managers and homeowners requiring extreme durability in high-traffic commercial environments. Access the bottom-fixings and re-tighten the Ultra Fix system nuts to ensure the seat is clamped securely to the pan.

Care Instructions:
- Clean regularly with mild, non-abrasive soap and water.
- Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach, which may degrade the thermoplastic finish over time.
- Check the tightness of the fixings periodically if used in extreme high-traffic areas, though the Ultra Fix system is designed to minimize loosening.
- Wipe the hinges dry after deep cleaning to maintain the integrity of the hybrid materials.
