Full details
The Rothenberger Rofrost Rapid Plumbing Pipe Freezing Kit is an extremely fast and effective system for freezing 15mm and 22mm pipes. It is quick and easy to use, and more economic than some alternative freezing systems as it uses less gas. The patented freeze clamps form a large solid ice plug, saving you the need to drain down and excessively vent systems. The kit includes 4 freeze clamps (2 x 15mm and 2 x 22mm), 2 sheets of contact foam (1 x 15mm and 1 x 22mm), and 3 x 150ml quick-freeze sprays with injecting straws and a carry case. The clamps are designed to fit around pipework with pre-cut foam inserts, and the freeze spray is injected through a feed straw. Suitable for 15, 16 and 22mm pipe, ½ and ¾" copper and ½" steel pipe. The clamps enclose the freeze, helping to form a large solid ice plug and seal the pipe. The clamp will fit behind a clipped pipe, eliminating the need to remove the pipe from its clips.
