Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, and perfectly flat before installation.
- Mark the desired positions for the fixing caps on the wall.
- Drill pilot holes if necessary (depending on wall type and fixings used).
- Secure the fixing caps to the wall using appropriate screws and wall plugs (not included).
- Carefully align the glass splashback with the caps and push gently until it sits flush against the wall.
Compatibility:
This splashback is compatible with most standard bathroom walls, including painted, wallpapered, and tiled surfaces (though it’s typically used *instead* of tiles). It is designed for installation behind basins, in shower areas (if not subject to direct, prolonged water spray), and in cloakrooms.
Care:
- Clean regularly with a soft, damp cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaning solution.
- Avoid using scouring pads, abrasive cleaners, or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch or damage the glass and cap finishes.
- Dry thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth after cleaning to prevent water spots.
