COOL: Simply chill the thermal gel pack to ease discomfort from swelling and bruising. It’s also soothing for headaches, growing pains, and after-sun exposure. TO USE COOL: Store Marshal in the fridge, ready for when your child needs him. For grazes: prepare skin by gently cleaning the area and use antiseptic cream if required. Apply Marshal cool on the sore area for 2–5 minutes to help reduce inflammation. For bruises, sprains, insect bites, headaches, sunburn: apply cool for several minutes to ease discomfort. WARM: Use the pack warm for aches and stiffness where there is no swelling. TO USE WARM: Place Marshal in hand-hot water for 5 minutes. Remove carefully and test on the back of your hand to ensure a comfortable temperature. Apply to the affected area for a few minutes to soothe.
