The Pro Turnix Gel Saddle is an ideal upgrade for road and gravel cyclists with average spinal flexibility who prioritize long-ride comfort without sacrificing performance. Featuring a semi-curved profile and integrated gel padding, it provides excellent pressure relief and shock absorption across varied terrain, though its firm base may require a brief break-in period for some riders.

While designed primarily for road and gravel, its durable construction and vibration damping make it a viable option for cross-country mountain biking.
The rails are made from high-quality stainless steel, which offers a great balance of strength and weight.
The Pro Turnix Gel Saddle referenced here is the 142mm width version.
This saddle is designed for riders with 'average' flexibility. If you find you can comfortably reach your toes without straining, this semi-curved profile is likely an excellent fit.
Use a soft cloth dampened with warm water and mild dish soap. Do not use high-pressure washers, as these can force water into the gel inserts.
Check that the seat post clamp bolts are tightened to the correct torque and that the rails are centered in the clamp cradle.
Apply a light coating of grease to the rail-to-clamp contact points and ensure the clamp mechanism is clean of debris.
To install, loosen your seat post clamp and slide the stainless steel rails into the cradle. Ensure the saddle is level; we recommend starting with a spirit level placed across the center of the saddle. Tighten the clamp bolts to the manufacturer’s recommended torque settings, usually indicated on your seat post. For care, wipe the saddle down with a damp cloth and mild soap after rides, especially if you have been riding in muddy or wet conditions. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can degrade the saddle cover over time.
