You can also flip it open and use it as two flat hotplates - perfect for gourmet grilling or teppanyaki. Each grill plate has separate controls, so you can get the temperature for each one just right. And with the non-stick coating cleaning up is easy-peasy - simply remove the plates and pop them in the dishwasher. The LCD display clearly shows you the temperature and remaining time for each grill plate. The adjustable thermostat gives you full control over your cooking. Gone are the days of greasy BBQ - the removable drip tray collects extra oils and fats. With the PFAS-free coating your culinary creations will not only be tastier, but also healthier. You can store the grill upright, so it won't take up much room - the lockable lid and cord winder keep everything nice and tidy. The plates are dishwasher safe and coated in PFAS-Free, Thermolon non-stick coating, meaning no chemicals will be released during cooking, and your cooked food will glide off the plates with ease.
