We strongly recommend using a 5kg gas tank for the firepit. Please ensure it is correctly connected and check for any leaks before use.

How do I clean the rattan furniture?

The rattan can be cleaned with a damp cloth. For the cushions, the covers are removable and washable.

Can the cushions be left outside in the rain?

It is recommended to bring the cushions indoors or use a rain cover when not in use to protect them from moisture and prolong their lifespan.

What is the weight capacity of the sofa and table?

The sofa has a weight capacity of 250kg, and the dining table has a weight capacity of 80kg.

Is assembly required for this furniture set?

Yes, the items come flat-packed and require easy assembly. Assistance from a second person may be helpful.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Please inspect the package carefully upon delivery. If you notice any obvious damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

Does the firepit table come with lava rocks or a gas tank?

No, the firepit table does not include lava rocks or a gas tank; these items need to be purchased separately.

What is the warranty on this product?

Troubleshooting

Product arrives with damaged parts

Please check the product carefully before signing for delivery. If there is obvious damage upon arrival, mark it on the receipt and contact us immediately to file a claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement.

Missing parts during assembly

Contact our after-sales team within 24 hours. Provide details of the missing parts, and we will arrange for replacements to be sent.

Firepit not igniting

Ensure the gas tank is correctly connected and the valve is open. Check that the igniter is not covered by lava rocks and that the igniter itself is functioning. Verify there are no gas leaks.

Rattan appears faded or dirty

Gently clean the rattan with a damp cloth and mild soap. For significant fading, consider using a furniture cover when not in use, especially in direct sunlight.

Cushions getting wet

Ensure cushions are stored indoors or under a rain cover when not in use. Washable covers can be removed and dried thoroughly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
