Troubleshooting
Rack feels unstable when loaded
Ensure the rack is placed on a completely flat and level surface. Check that all hinges and support bars are fully extended and locked into place.
Drying takes longer than expected
Ensure adequate airflow around the rack. Avoid overcrowding items; allow space between garments for better air circulation. Consider relocating the rack to a warmer or less humid area.
Difficulty folding or unfolding
Gently check hinges and joints for any obstructions or debris. Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant if necessary, but avoid excessive force.
