The BlueSpot PH2 x 38mm screwdriver is an essential tool for DIY enthusiasts and professionals who frequently operate in confined workspaces where traditional-length tools fail to fit. Crafted from durable chrome vanadium, this stubby driver offers a significant advantage in leverage and maneuverability for tight-access Phillips head screws; however, its short handle length may limit the amount of raw torque a user can apply compared to full-sized drivers.

PH2 refers to the size of the Phillips head tip, which is the most common size used for standard household wood and metal screws.
The product description does not specify a magnetic tip; users should hold the screw manually when starting it in tight spaces.
While made of durable chrome vanadium, its primary design intent is for tight access; for high-torque applications, a full-sized driver is recommended.
The BlueSpot range uses color-coding; the blue handle specifically identifies this unit as a PH2 Phillips tip driver.
The blade length is exactly 38mm, making it classified as a 'stubby' screwdriver.
Ensure you are using the correct PH2 size and apply more downward axial pressure while turning.
Wipe the handle with a degreasing cloth to remove oil and debris accumulated during work.
Use a pair of pliers to gently grip the handle for extra leverage, or switch to a full-length screwdriver if access permits.
No specialized setup is required; the tool is ready for use immediately out of the packaging. It is compatible with all standard PH2 Phillips head screws commonly found in hardware, furniture assembly, and electronics. To ensure the longevity of the chrome vanadium blade: wipe the tool clean of grease and debris after use, avoid using the tip as a prying tool or chisel, and store in a dry environment to maintain the finish.
