Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before first use, wash the pans with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge to remove any dust from the packaging. While the pans are induction compatible, ensure the base of the pan is clean and dry before placing it on the hob to maintain effective contact.
To prolong the life of the granite coating, avoid using metal utensils or harsh abrasive scouring pads. Although the pans are built for durability, hand washing is strictly recommended to preserve the integrity of the non-stick layer. If food residue becomes stuck, soak the pan in warm water for a few minutes before gently wiping clean. Store the pans by stacking them with felt protectors or soft cloths between them to prevent scratching.
