Troubleshooting
Bench wobbles after assembly
Ensure all legs are securely tightened. If the floor is uneven, slight adjustments to leg tightness or using furniture pads may help.
Wood finish appears uneven or streaky
This is likely due to the light liming technique used to enhance the natural beauty of the acacia wood. Minor variations are characteristic of this finish. For significant issues, contact customer support.
Scratches or minor damage to the seat
For minor surface scratches, a wood repair crayon or touch-up pen in a matching colour can be used. For deeper damage, consult a professional furniture restorer or contact customer support.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Florence Dining Bench comes partially assembled. Your primary task will be to attach the legs. Ensure you have a clear space to work and a soft surface to protect the bench during assembly. Hand-tighten screws first, then firmly tighten once all are in place.
Compatibility: This bench is designed to complement rectangular dining tables, particularly those within the Statement Furniture Florence Collection. The 140cm length is specifically mentioned to align with the table top when unextended, while the 120cm version tucks neatly underneath. It can also be used as a standalone piece or with other dining tables, provided the dimensions are suitable.
Care: To maintain the beauty of the acacia hardwood seat, wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the wood finish. For the painted solid wood construction, a gentle cleaning solution can be used. Protect the wood from excessive moisture and direct, prolonged sunlight, which can cause fading or warping.
