Setup
- Mounting: Choose a suitable location for the access point, such as a wall or pole. Use the included mounting kit.
- Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable to the access point and connect the other end to your network (PoE switch or router).
- Power: Power the access point using either PoE or the included power adapter.
- Configuration: Use the Omada Controller software to configure and manage the access point.
Compatibility
The EAP225-OUTDOOR is compatible with:
- IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac standards.
- PoE switches and routers supporting 802.3af PoE.
- Omada Controller software for centralized management.
Care
- Cleaning: Clean the access point with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners.
- Placement: Ensure the access point is securely mounted and protected from direct physical damage.
- Environment: While weatherproof, avoid extreme conditions beyond the specified operating temperature (-30 - 70 °C).
