FAQs

What type of batteries do the LED lights require?

The LED lights require 3 AAA batteries. These are not included with the armoire.

Can I mount this armoire on any wall?

It is recommended to mount the armoire on a wall stud for maximum stability. If mounting on other wall types, ensure appropriate hardware is used to support its weight.

How much jewellery can this armoire hold?

The armoire offers significant storage, including 120 earring slots, 36 earring holes, 84 ring slots, 18 hooks, 1 bracelet bar, 4 shelves, and 6 drawers.

Is the mirror a true reflection?

Yes, the armoire features a full-length mirror designed for checking your appearance.

What are the dimensions of the jewellery armoire?

How do I clean the interior velvet lining?

Troubleshooting

LED lights not turning on

Ensure batteries are correctly installed with proper polarity. Check if the batteries are fresh. Verify the door is closing fully to trigger the light sensor.

Armoire is wobbly or unstable

If wall-mounted, ensure screws are fully tightened into a secure mounting point (stud recommended). If hung over the door, check that the hooks are properly seated and the door is not uneven.

Lock is stiff or difficult to operate

Gently try to jiggle the key while turning. Ensure no obstructions are within the lock mechanism. If issues persist, contact customer support.

Jewellery getting scratched

Ensure jewellery is placed carefully within the designated slots and compartments. Avoid overcrowding the drawers or shelves.
