Troubleshooting
Gold foil is lifting or peeling
Handle the card with care, avoiding friction on the foil areas. If minor lifting occurs, a gentle press with a smooth object might help re-adhere it, but significant damage cannot be repaired.
Envelope does not seal properly
Dampen the adhesive strip on the envelope lightly. If using a pen to seal, a small piece of tape might be necessary for a secure closure.
Cardstock appears damaged
Inspect the card immediately upon receipt. If damage is significant, contact the retailer for a replacement if possible, as the cardstock is designed for durability but can be creased or torn if mishandled.
