Troubleshooting
Cacoon seems unstable or sways excessively.
Ensure the hanging point is secure and rated for the weight capacity. Check that the hanging rope is properly attached and the carabiner is fully engaged. Verify the Cacoon is level.
Fabric shows signs of wear or mildew.
Clean the fabric immediately with mild soap and water. Ensure it is completely dry before storing or reusing. Store in a dry, ventilated area when not in use for extended periods.
Carabiner is difficult to open or close.
Inspect the carabiner for dirt or debris. Clean with water and allow to dry. If persistent, consider lubricating with a silicone-based lubricant suitable for outdoor gear.
Difficulty in achieving a comfortable hanging height.
Adjust the length of the hanging rope. Ensure the support structure allows for sufficient adjustment range. Consider using additional, compatible rope or chain if needed and rated appropriately.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Ensure you have a robust overhead support structure, such as a heavy-duty hammock stand, a strong tree branch, or a specially designed beam, capable of supporting at least 200 kg (440 lb). Use the provided 5.5m hanging rope and carabiner to attach the Cacoon securely. Follow the specific instructions included for optimal placement and safety.
Compatibility: The Cacoon Double is designed for outdoor use but can also be hung indoors if a suitable secure anchor point is available. It is compatible with most heavy-duty hammock stands or beam systems designed for swings or hanging chairs.
Care: Clean the polyester canvas fabric with mild soap and water using a soft brush or cloth. Allow it to air dry completely before storing. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For prolonged life, consider taking the Cacoon down during severe weather conditions or when not in use for extended periods.
