The Hygrad Built to Survive Climbing Ladder is designed for active children who need engaging physical challenges to stay fit and entertained throughout the year. It provides a reliable way to encourage outdoor exercise and motor skill development, making it an excellent addition to any garden or home nursery. While it offers a robust platform for play, potential buyers should note that installation requires a firm, level surface to ensure maximum stability and safety during use.

It is not recommended to install directly on grass. You should use a firm surface like concrete, pavers, or a treated wooden base to ensure stability.
While it promotes physical development, children should always be supervised by an adult while using climbing equipment.
Please check the included components list; generally, you will need to ensure your mounting surface is compatible with the ladder's fixing points.
Perform a visual and structural inspection every month, or before every major play session, to ensure all connections are tight.
The ladder is built for durability, but covering it or storing it indoors during extreme weather will significantly extend its lifespan.
Check all mounting hardware and ensure the unit is anchored to a firm, level surface.
Clean the rungs with a mild detergent and water, then wipe them dry to restore grip.
To set up the ladder, ensure you have a firm and stable surface. Verify that the mounting points are secure and capable of supporting the weight of the user. For outdoor installations, consider applying a weather-resistant treatment if the product is exposed to excessive moisture over long periods. Regularly inspect the ladder for any loose hardware or signs of wear. Keep the rungs clean and free of debris to maintain a high-friction surface for safe climbing. Avoid installing on loose soil or grass without a solid foundation like a wooden platform or concrete base.
