Full details

The Beech wood tailors clapper from Milward brings professional quality to your dressmaking. Made using quality materials, it ensures accuracy and durability while remaining easy to handle. A versatile tool that's perfect for sewing enthusiasts and creative makers alike. Apply the clapper (the striker) immediately after ironing and press down firmly for 10-15 seconds. The clapper then absorbs the steam and sets your fold or seam. Use this double purpose tool to squeeze perfect wrinkles, smooth out bulky surfaces and create perfectly pointed collar edges. The flat bottom (the striker) is used to create sharp, flat-pressed seams and wrinkles, making the Milward clapper a must have tool for any tailor, dressmaker or sewing. Made from natural and durable beech wood. The smooth and ergonomic design make the clapper comfortable to use. Dimensions: (l/h) 19.5 x 3.3cm (w) 3 – 4.5cm
