This Kair Elbow Bend Adaptor is designed to convert between rectangular and round ducting systems. The rectangular end measures 220mm x 90mm and fits over a female spigot of compatible rectangular duct pipe or flexible hose. The round end is a 150mm (6 inch) male spigot that fits inside compatible round duct pipe or flexible hose. This 90-degree bend adaptor is ideal for installations with limited space, such as inside ceiling voids or above kitchen units. Made in the UK from high-quality Polystyrene/Polypropylene plastic, it offers durability and is suitable for use in compliance with Part F Building Regulations. The adaptor can be used for various ventilation purposes, including extractor fans in bathrooms and kitchens, hydroponics, in-line extract fans, tumble dryers, cooker hoods, whole house ventilation, passive stack ventilation, positive input ventilation, air conditioning, HVAC, and Heat Recovery systems. It offers superior airflow performance compared to flexible ducting and is designed for easy push-fit installation, with optional sealing for permanent fixings. The operating temperature range is from -15c to +60c.
